Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Master Card, American Express
Why does my shipping and billing address need to match?
This is done to protect you from unauthorized purchases. If the billing address entered on the billing details page does not match the address where your credit card company sends your statements, the credit card company will not authorize the charge.
Can I place an order over the phone with a credit card?
Yes! For orders under $500 we can take your information over the phone. Anything over that requires completion of our Credit Card Authorization Form which authorizes us to use your card.
Do you charge sales tax?
Local sales tax is charged for all orders delivered to California addresses. Currently, orders shipped outside of California are not subject to sales tax.
For international orders, you may be responsible for any VAT (value-added tax) or import duties. These are collected by the shipper and are due at the time of delivery. You should check with your local shipping office for more information.
Can I place orders online?
Yes, secure, on-line shopping is available for domestic sales (contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii). Sales taxes, where applicable, are applied.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated using FedEx and USPS software packages. We do not charge additional fees for handling. Check our Shipping & Returns section for more information.
Which shipping methods are available?
For online orders, we ship via USPS and FedEx. Local delivery by courier is available upon request. Check our Shipping & Returns link for more information.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. However, all sales returns for in-stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items are subject to the manufacturer’s restocking fee which run anywhere from 15% to 40% of the MSRP plus any shipping charges incurred. Restocking fee may be waived for stock items returned for store credit or exchange. Check our Shipping & Returns section for more information.
What is MAP?
Some manufacturers require a “Minimum Advertised Price” Policy or MAP that prohibits dealers from advertising/publishing select items at a price below this set MAP.
I qualify for partial exemption the sales and use tax under California Exemption Section 6378. How do you handle this?
Simply notify your Sales Representative if you have a California Section 6378 Exemption Certificate and fax the form to 818-504-0921. Online, add “Exemption Certificate” in the comment box provided at checkout. Even though taxes will be calculated, your card will NOT be processed until we contact you to confirm your eligibility.
